The effect of network topology has been widely explored over the past three years in cyber risk modeling. However, none of the approaches evaluated the influence of clustering structures. Numerous previous investigations have indicated that internal links within a cluster reduce the speed or efficiency of transmission. As a result, the clustering coefficient metric becomes crucial to understanding the efficiency of viral transmission. In this article, we propose a modified dynamic model based on Markov which integrates the influence of the clustering structure on the calculation of cyber insurance premiums. The objective is to create cheaper and less homogeneous premiums by combining criteria other than diplomas. This research proposes a new method of calculating premiums which gives a competitive market price. We integrated the epidemic inhibition function in the Markov-based model by considering three functions: quadratic, linear and exponential. Theoretical and numerical evaluations of regular networks suggested that bonuses were more realistic than bonuses without aggregation. The validation on a real network showed a significant improvement in bonuses compared to bonuses without the cluster structure component despite some variations. In addition, the three functions demonstrated very high correlations between the prime, the total inhibition function of the neighbors and the speed of the inhibition function.
