Bramante students have entered their research projects in science and engineering fairs and competitions nationally, nationally and internationally, with a record of consistently winning some of the highest prizes.

Journalist Heather Won Tesoriero quit her job at CBS News to spend a year showcasing Bramante’s program in her critically acclaimed book Class.

“Andy Bramante left his brilliant career as a corporate scientist to teach in a public high school and now runs one of America’s most remarkable classrooms. Bramante’s unconventional class at Connecticut’s prestigious but diverse Greenwich High School has no curriculum, tests, textbooks, or lectures, and is both an elite research lab, a consultancy office for students and a meeting place for teenagers. United by a passion for learning, the group of young prodigies from MB set off each year to conquer the brutally competitive science fair circuit. They won first prize at the Google Science Fair, made discoveries that escaped scientists three times their age, and were invited to the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. – Random penguin house

Having some first-hand experience with this program, Valerie Erde from VeridianPrep (whose daughter was a CSEF winner and Intel ISEF finalist in Bramante’s class) will host the evening with Min Kim from Versed Education Advisory who was a semi-Regeneron STS. (formerly Westinghouse) -finalist itself.

It will undoubtedly be a very exciting and interesting evening.
